The Charles Sturt Teaching Academy grants support improvements to academic quality, our staff's careers and our students' learning experience.
The Charles Sturt University Teaching Academy offers an annual Educator Development Grant to support scholarly activities in learning and teaching, that enable staff to maintain and extend their currency in learning and teaching (in alignment with the Academic Staff Qualifications and Expectations Procedure, clause 46) and career development.
In 2026, we are supporting 11 projects, supporting a diverse range of scholarly projects and professional development activities focused on advancing learning and teaching practice, educational leadership, student engagement, equity and innovation across the University.
