Presented by Professor Lisa Cary, Dean (Learning and Teaching Innovation) in the Division of Learning and Teaching, this session will provide an opportunity for staff to hear more about the development, consultation and approval process of the Charles Sturt Teaching Capabilities Framework and Self-Assessment Tool and discuss ways to make use of it in their work. By the conclusion of this session, participants will have been introduced to the teaching capabilities articulated in the Teaching Capabilities Framework and will be more familiar with ways to use the Self-Assessment Tool in their career planning.
