‘I give to Charles Sturt University Foundation Trust (ABN 31 158 135 157) [insert as appropriate: (the sum of $XX) or (the whole of my residuary estate) or (XX% of my residuary estate) and/or (the following property....)], free of all expenses and duties of whatever kind to be used to establish one or more scholarships for [insert the academic area, course or campus to be supported). Each scholarship is to be called [insert name of scholarship].’
If at any time during the continuance of the [insert name of scholarship] the Foundation in its sole and absolute discretion determines that the [insert name of scholarship] is no longer able to fulfil the purpose which I have expressed then the capital and income (including any accumulated income) shall be applied by the Foundation for the general purposes of the University.’
