After graduating from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science in 2012, Kelsey spent several years working in human healthcare, developing extensive experience across a broad range of medical imaging modalities, including general radiography, theatre radiography, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, mammography and bone densitometry.

In 2020, Kelsey transitioned to veterinary imaging, joining the CSU Veterinary Clinical Centre. She enjoys the diversity of cases encountered at the VCC, working with patients ranging from small companion animals to large animals, and being involved in clinical, teaching and research projects.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys sewing and other craft projects, as well as spending time with friends and her pets.
