Your grades will be waiting for you on the My subjects and results page here in the student portal.
To make sense of your grade: what you see is the total marks you received for assessments, assignments and exams for each subject you completed in the session.
Grades will be released before midday on the grade release dates.
If you are having trouble accessing your grades, check each of the below:
This might seem obvious but double check it's after the scheduled release date. You'd be surprised how many times this is the issue.
You may have some outstanding fees that you need to pay. If this is the case, you'll be able to see if you have any overdue fees from the "My account" tab on the right-hand side of the homepage in your Student Portal.
Outstanding fees can be paid through Online Payments and will depend on the payment clearing before your grades can be accessed.
If you haven't complete the Academic Integrity Subject your grades will be blocked. Check that the status of this module is complete on the homepage of your Student Portal. Keep in mind it could take 24 hours for this type of hold to be released.
All new onshore students are required to complete the CSA100 Child Safety Awareness and Reporting subject in your first session of study. Your grades will be held until you have successfully completed the subject.
You can check your completion status on your Student Portal homepage. Once complete, it may take 24 hours for the hold to be released.
At grade release, you may see deferred exam (DX), additional exam (AE), or additional assessment (AA) against one or more subjects if you're required to complete one of these. Once you meet your subject requirements, this will be replaced with your substantive grade and will be visible immediately on your transcript.
