Terms and conditions for CPD courses

1. Conditions

By registering for an event, whether virtual or in-person, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Charles Sturt University (Charles Sturt) may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will only apply to registrations made after such changes.

2. No shows or cancellations

Charles Sturt is not liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling, relocation, or redelivery of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.

3. Live streaming and photography during the event

Please be advised that videotaping, filming (including audio), or still photographs will be taken during this event for use in Charles Sturt advertising, media publicity, publications, web displays, live streaming, or any other Charles Sturt purpose. By entering this event, you consent to Charles Sturt videotaping, filming (including audio), or photographing you and using your image and likeness for such purposes. If you have any queries or do not wish Charles Sturt to use your image, please contact: DOHC-CPD@csu.edu.au.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your registration by emailing DOHC-CPD@csu.edu.au.

  • If you cancel your registration:
    • Longer than 4 weeks prior to the course date, a full refund less $40 administration fee will be provided.
    • Within 4 weeks of the course date, no refund will be provided.
  • If you do not attend, you are liable for the full course registration fee.

5. CPD Hours

Certificates will be emailed to participants within 14 days of completion of the course.

The personal information that you provide here will be used by Charles Sturt University for the purpose of keeping you updated about university courses and events and will be managed in accordance with the University's Privacy Management Plan. By providing your information you consent to Charles Sturt using your information to contact you in relation to the event you have registered for. You may unsubscribe from further communications or withdraw your consent at any time.
