Jessica brings over 21 years of experience in the dental industry, with a background in dental assisting, reception, practice management, infection prevention and control, and clinical operations.

As the Clinical Operations Coordinator, Jessica supports the effective operation of the Charles Sturt University Dental and Oral Health Clinics across multiple campuses. She is passionate about team development and enjoys mentoring and supporting staff and students to create a positive and collaborative environment.

A significant focus of Jessica's role is the coordination, achievement, and maintenance of practice accreditation. She works closely with clinic teams to support compliance with national standards, infection prevention and control requirements, quality improvement processes, and regulatory obligations, helping to ensure the clinics continue to deliver safe, high-quality patient care and clinical education.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Jessica values spending time with family and friends and enjoys travelling.
