Subject Outline Change Proposal
Here are the steps you need to follow to do this:
- Log into Cherwell
- Select "Log incident/Request" (Top left)
- Select "Interact2 (LMS - Blackboard)"
- Then select "Subject Outline/Site"
- Then "Template change request"

We invite you to input the biannual review of Charles Sturt Subject Outlines. This continuous improvement cycle is critical to maintaining alignment with policy and process; and an optimum student experience.
Proposal Cut-Off Dates
The biannual review precedes the biannual release of templates for preparation via the Subject Outline Tool (SOT). The sessions included in each review cycle, cut-offs and the template release timelines are tabled below.

How to use this proposal form
- Submit multiple requests if you would like to propose more than one unrelated change
- You may wish to reference the Course and Subject Information Procedure, Template Report.
- If an urgent change is required after the cut-off, please submit your proposal then please call DIT on 1300 653 088
What happens next?
- Following triage and analysis, supported proposals will be processed for endorsement by the L&T Leaders Forum. If appropriate, endorsed proposals will then be submitted to the University Learning & Teaching Committee (ULTC).
