Subject Outline Change Proposal

Here are the steps you need to follow to do this:

  1. Log into Cherwell
  2. Select  "Log incident/Request" (Top left)
  3. Select  "Interact2 (LMS - Blackboard)"
  4. Then select "Subject Outline/Site"
  5. Then "Template change request"

We invite you to input the biannual review of Charles Sturt Subject Outlines. This continuous improvement cycle is critical to maintaining alignment with policy and process; and an optimum student experience.

Proposal Cut-Off Dates

The biannual review precedes the biannual release of templates for preparation via the Subject Outline Tool (SOT). The sessions included in each review cycle, cut-offs and the template release timelines are tabled below.

What happens next?

  • Following triage and analysis, supported proposals will be processed for endorsement by the L&T Leaders Forum. If appropriate, endorsed proposals will then be submitted to the University Learning & Teaching Committee (ULTC).
