Biannual Review & Release Schedule
The biannual release of templates for Subject Outline preparation is preceded by a biannual review process. The sessions and timings for each cycle are as tabled. Note the School of Policing Studies’ custom review and release schedule below.
You can input the biannual review of Subject Outlines via the change proposal form. This continuous improvement cycle is critical to maintaining alignment with policy and process; and an optimum student experience.

School of Policing Studies – Review & Release Schedule
The School of Policing Studies (SOPS) has a custom set of sessions that are reviewed each cycle. However, a custom release schedule is required due to frequent micro sessions used by the School’s Associate Diploma of Policing Practice (ADPP) and University Certificate of Workforce Essentials (UCWE).
Release occurs 10 weeks prior to the start of ADPP sessions. Since UCWE sessions run 7 or 8 days later than ADPP, this equates to 78 days prior to session for UCWE.
