Biography

Sermin is the Director of Executive Education at the AI and Cyber Futures Institute. Leading the design and delivery of high-impact Executive Toolkit program, that builds capability in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies for senior leaders in corporate settings, her focus is on empowering executives to lead with confidence, innovate with purpose, and foster responsible technology use and risk management. Prior to AICF, Sermin demonstrated her expertise at Optus, where she led the CX Academy, an award-winning program. Sermin is shaping the future of executive learning to meet the evolving demands of technological transformation across industries.
