Biography

Milan has an academic background in business and computer science with growing research interests in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, MedTech, and their real-world applications. He completed his MBA in Computing at Charles Sturt University, Australia, where he received the Executive Dean’s Award for academic performance.
As part of his research, Milan has explored quantum mechanics, quantum cognitive theory, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and developed a novel Quantum Tunneling Neural Network that explores correlations between data points more efficiently than classical systems under certain conditions. Before transitioning to research, Milan worked in industry in senior management and technical positions. With twenty years of hands-on experience, he excels in consulting, research, literature review, proposal writing, governance, and designing and implementing complex enterprise data solutions. His passion and dedication drive him to bridge the gap between industry and academia, aiming to advance responsible, explainable AI frameworks and augmented intelligence to foster more effective collaboration between humans and advanced technology.
In February 2024, he joined AICF as a PhD student.
