Change your booking

Make changes to your intensive school booking at any time. You'll need to contact Student Central and let them know what needs to be updated.

You can add additional nights to your booking if we have rooms available.

Due to the high number of bookings we receive we can’t always guarantee additional nights will be available.

To change or update your booking you’ll need to contact Student Central and let them know.

Have the following information ready in advance to help them make the change for you:

  • your name
  • your student number
  • the campus
  • your accommodation application details.

Cancel an existing booking

If you have a short-term or intensive school accommodation booking and want to cancel, here are some things to know.

If you cancel:

  • at least 7 days prior to your check-in date, we will remove your accommodation charges.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, we will charge you the $50 Cancellation Fee and remove your accommodation charges for the cancelled night/s.
  • and don't tell us at all (e.g. you don’t arrive) your accommodation charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation fee: $50
