Employee Services team

Employee Services is your first point of contact for all things employment related such as recruitment activities, salary administration and general enquiries.

Business Partners

The Business Partners work with your Division or Faculty to provide coaching and support. They help leaders and managers enhance team performance and development. The team implements customised people strategies via a range of human resources processes, systems and tools.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Our team champion a safe and connected community that delivers equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging for Charles Sturt University employees. We are responsible for developing and implementing Charles Sturt's First Nations Employment Strategy, our Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Plan, and our Accessibility and Inclusion Plan.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Our talent acquisition team focuses on hiring the right people at the right time. Employee Relations

The Employee Relations team supports employer-employee relationships in addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and contributing to employee engagement and commitment to the University. It also plays a role in making sure workplace standards are maintained.

The Systems team work hard behind the scenes on the many systems that support our people and culture processes. They contribute to external and internal reporting.
