Incident or hazard
Staff and students at Charles Sturt are responsible for reporting all incidents relating to health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace to ensure that these events, where required, are investigated and action taken to prevent recurrence and reduce risk. All accidents, incidents, hazards and near misses must be reported within 24hrs or as soon as possible after the event.
