Impact roadmap

The Impact Roadmap 2025–2030 defines shared priorities for southern NSW, helping the Hub and its partners attract investment and deliver initiatives that strengthen drought resilience.

A regionally informed roadmap

The Impact Roadmap 2025–2030 has been developed through extensive collaboration with stakeholders across southern NSW. Contributors include farmer-led organisations, government agencies, private advisors, not-for-profit organisations, universities and researchers, as well as First Nations representatives, farmers and community leaders.

This collaborative process has identified a clear set of impact-based priority areas to guide the region towards building resilience and thriving in the face of climate variability and drought. The Roadmap ensures that limited resources are directed to where they can deliver the greatest value and impact.

Focused on what matters most

The Roadmap is structured around six Impact Areas, reflecting the interconnected social, environmental and economic dimensions of resilience.
