Investment Planning for Impact

Investment Planning for Impact started with the Hub hosting co-design workshops in 2024. For five key impact areas, stakeholders identified issues, opportunities, or problems affecting their region and mapped what success looked like. This led to the publication of the below stage one reports, which identify what needs to be done in each area to move towards success.

Please note

• A new key impact area - Farming Systems and Decisions - was confirmed in 2025, which is focused on helping farmers to navigate drought and climate challenges and make informed decisions that build farm system resilience and profitability.
• Investment planning for a sixth key impact area - First Nations Community Resilience - was guided by our First Nations Engagement Group.
