The Division of People and Culture manages complaints relating to staff and their conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour and how our staff are expected to carry out their duties and related activities.

Before submitting a complaint

With the exception of serious complaints, staff must attempt to resolve their concerns at the point of origin before submitting a complaint. Please refer to the Complaints Management Policy and Procedure for further information.

Submitting a formal complaint

If the issue is not resolved through the informal process, you can submit a complaint via our online reporting system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Reports will be managed by University staff in accordance with policy.
