Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is responsible for the oversight of, and to make recommendations to the Council in relation to, Council membership appointment and performance processes, the Vice-Chancellor's annual performance targets and remuneration, senior executive success and contingency planning and remuneration, and Honorary Awards. The principal functions of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee are outlined in the Governance (Nomination and Remuneration Committee) Rule 2022.
