Elections

On Wednesday 22 April 2026 the Office of Governance and Corporate Administration (OGCA) commenced the nominations process for vacant positions on University Council, Academic Senate and its Sub-Committees, including Faculty Boards.

Nomination results

Nominations were open from 22 April 2026 and closed at 4pm on 29 April 2026. At the close of nominations there were a number of nominations that exceeded the number of vacancies, as a result, elections will need to be held for a number of positions.

The term of office for all positions is from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2027.

The term of office for the professional / general staff member is for 2 years commencing 1 July 2025.

Should multiple forms be received for the one position available, interviews will be conducted with successful shortlisted candidates.
