On Wednesday 22 April 2026 the Office of Governance and Corporate Administration (OGCA) commenced the nominations process for vacant positions on University Council, Academic Senate and its Sub-Committees, including Faculty Boards.
At the conclusion of voting, elected members for a term from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 on the University Council, Academic Senate and Faculty Boards have been finalised.
Candidates (in alphabetical order by surname) elected to positions are outlined below:

The term of office for all positions is from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028.

Nominations open from 9am 22 April 2026 and will close at 4pm 29 April 2026. Nominations will not be accepted after this time. An election will be held should more nominations be received than the vacancy to be filled.
The term of office for all positions will be for two (2) year commencing on 1 July 2026.
