UniRecords is Charles Sturt University's  records management system that supports the corporate record keeping requirements for the University. Previously it was known as TRIM, HPE Records Manager or Content Manager.


If your role requires you to have access to UniRecords, please complete the online request form.

UniRecords has desktop and online versions. Mac users should use the online version, and Chrome is the recommended browser.

You can access UniRecords online at https://records.csu.edu.au (you will need a UniRecords account).

Remote access to UniRecords

UniRecords can only be used when on the Charles Sturt network. If you need access from outside the network, you can use one of the remote access options:
